Proof Random API

Free drand quicknet relay for agent experiments. GET /v1/random with a required nonce and optional max returns a beacon round, signature, randomness, and a nonce-bound sampled value. The Worker checks the signature digest and uses rejection sampling, but does not verify BLS. The open-source JavaScript client independently verifies the beacon against drand. No auth or x402. Not for stakes or adversarial draws.
